"I normally do not write online reviews for companies and only if they have done exceptional work and provided outstanding customer service do I feel compelled to write something. I give my absolute highest recommendation to Mr. Nick Kelly of GSSN without which we would have had very difficult environmental temps in our home both during (1) summer high temperatures and humidity and again (2) in the winter with sub freezing temperatures when our equipment failed. I am a former Vice President of a US Corporation and I know first hand that it is not a cliche to say that high quality people are a company's greatest asset. Mr. Kelly is an exceptional manager both in terms of his technical knowledge and his people and communication skills. He is in my opinion GSSN's greatest asset. He worked quickly to get our air conditioning and heat pump issues resolved but beyond that he helped me navigate road blocks and difficulties with the American Home Shield warranty company so that I would be able to receive insurance benefits for our equipment replacement and installation labor when they initially refused to provide me reimbursement. I would give Nick Kelly a 10 star rating out of 10 if it were available on this website and when the time comes for a new air conditioning / heat pump system I will contact Mr. Kelly for his business and support. "Updated review for new service November 2 2023: We had a new issue surface with our furnace and called GSSN based off of our first experience. Terry was great again and was able to set us up with a technician same day. Jacob was our technician and he was absolutely outstanding. So knowledgeable and experienced and offered great customer service. He was able to resolve our issue in under an hour and we now have heat! So very grateful for him! Highly recommend this company. August 2023: We had an issue with our AC and called GSSN who was recommended by our warranty. These techs knew what they were doing. Very professional and friendly. Terry was amazing with helping figure out finance options and answering questions. All the techs were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and did quality work. Very happy we chose to go with this company."

"Brand new customer to GSSN and extremely satisfied with a new HVAC install and duct sealing to my home. Nick, the operations manager, arrived the same afternoon I initiated a call for an estimate to replace the heat pumps and air handlers. He was thorough, up front, and provided a detailed explanation of what needs to be done along with recommendations for improvements. The initial estimate thoroughly outlined every aspect of the job to be performed. Nick and I maintained communication throughout the entire process. Invoices received during the installation phases were clear and accurately reflected the work completed. Great experience with Gerald and Dwayne, the service technicians who performed the install and duct sealing. They arrived on time and exhibited very professional conduct. Both are very knowledgeable, meticulous, and readily answered any questions and/or explained procedures during each phase of service performed. They thoroughly cleaned up and removed all the old equipment / debris following installation. I have already noticed a significant improvement regarding air circulation and temperature control vs. the previous system. I’m particularly impressed with the increased efficiency of the new heat pumps along with the duct sealant outcome. The entire team did a great job. They are well organized, and expertise is first-rate! Much appreciated!"
