"STAY AWAY!!!!! Don’t waste your time having this shop do any work. Not only did they waste my time, energy, or money. But they did Mickey Mouse work. The car was rear ended. They “handled the estimate and everything with my insurance company” , this was the biggest mistake I ever made. Instead of properly inspecting the vehicle the garage went on to authorize work. They take a month to fix the cosmetics aspect of the car. With logistics issues I was understanding of this. Once picking up the car the car would not drive over 30 MPH!!!. I went back to the shop immediately and the clown owner claimed that the codes were in there prior to accident. So now I had to take the car to Toyota and I find out not only did they fail to see the transmission was damaged in the accident but also the rear shock absorbers were damaged. Instead of facilitating the situation he made me call my insurance company bring the car to another adjuster and just dragged this on for no reason. All this shop cares about is getting their money. They don’t care about anything else. Do yourself a favor and stay away from here. Save yourself the headache the trip to civil court to sue these scumbags"

"I have used Artie and his guys on 2 occasions when he was on Bustleton Ave in Somerton, and he’s been nothing but honest and good to me. He works with insurance and out of pocket and you’ll get the same straight Answers when it comes to his work..He fixed my Lexus after my mother in law hit a fire plug. Planning on using him again even after his move to Princeton Ave.Appreciate his being straight up with me!"

"We were sent here by our tow truck driver when our wheel sheared off while we were on vacation. The work was shoddy at best and we had to take it to our mechanic when we got home 3 weeks and 10 hrs later. Only to find out they missed an entire engine mount clip that was broken in half. Now, almost a year later, we're having trouble with our breaks and find out they put the wrong size rotor on the car. I feel so taken advantage of, and I honestly don't feel safe driving the car anymore because of the quality of workmanship, or lack thereof. I've contacted my insurance agent, and they said the only thing they can do to fix the rotor situation is to have the shop reimburse us for the part. The agent called 3 days ago, and I have heard nothing from the shop to try to fix this situation. I was 10 hrs from home and stranded with 2 small kids, and I feel like this situation was taken advantage of so they could get more money from the insurance company with doing minimal work.
