"I went to Len’s to repair my bumper and and some scratches on the driver side of my car from a hit and run a few months ago. Everything went well, they were very nice and professional and I was satisfied with the work. I recently was rear ended and again needed my bumper replaced. The other party’s insurance took care of everything so I went to different auto shop. When they took the bumper of they saw old damage that was from the last accident. Len never fixed the previous problems. There is rust and crushed metal still underneath and they shaved some plastic down so the bumper would fit. The other shop also thinks the new bumper they put on is after market. There is also a lot sandpaper scratches that was pointed out to me. In total they charged my insurance over $4,000 and probably only spent about less than $1,000 to fix it. So if you decide to get work done here just make sure it actually gets done."
