"Very reliable and fast service. I highly recommend Kisenwether for any type of service and auto repairs."
"Charged 10k for 15 mins. Tow truck sat on site for 3 hrs knowing in advance tow wasn't gonna be used at all for the inwas there less than a mile from there base of operations"
"Taking into consideration that my vehicle was towed there against my wishes I still had found the lady working at the front desk was rude and tried to overcharge me by $150. And that was $150 over a ridiculous fee to begin with. It was very hard for me to even find the office to go in and pay. Hopefully you will not have to deal with this company"
"Great people wonderful towing service rolled my work truck they towed it an they helped me find all of my personal belongings and where very nice an polite."
"1 star for taking me in on short notice. Zero stars for service. If you value your time take my advice and avoid this place. Dropped car off and waited across street for state emission/inspection and tire check. Over 2 hrs later tried to call and nobody picked up. Went back in office and the service desk person was visibly annoyed that she hadn't take lunch yet and seemed annoyed with me as well. I politely asked what was taking so long and she replied that her emission guy was out on a wreck call and the car couldn't be completed until he returned. I asked to pay and she charged my card. When she then told me the shop closed at 430 and there was no guarantee I could take my car home with me after having been charged, I requested a refund as I needed my vehicle back. All in all the only service performed on my vehicle after now almost 3 hrs was a headlight bulb change which I hadn't requested. Don't know how this place stays in business."
