"Luna was assigned through my insurance company for a tow that we needed done. They gave the time frame of 60-90 minutes. When I called to get an update the dispatch lady was so rude to me and said "Well, I am still 36 minutes away, I don't know what to tell you" I then replied and said well 2 hours ago I was given a time frame of 60-90 minutes and you haven't picked up the truck yet. She said that I had an attitude and cancelled the tow. What poor service. She got defensive and just hung up on me. I will definitely make sure to stay away from them."
