Not only was the owner, Kenny, very personable and professional, but he was also extremely honest and straightforward when we discussed the repair. I got quotes from three other auto body garages, and Alley Way's rates were unbeatable (even three times lower then one of the competitors)! I could tell Kenny was considerate and did everything he could to provide the best service for the best price. This is the first time I have left a mechanic's where I felt like the owner truly did everything they could to help out the customer. The car looks brand new (it looks like they even waxed it!), and I couldn't be happier with the work. I've been to three different auto body places in Pittsburgh now, and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Alley Way is the best in the city! Thank you very much for the great service. "Referred by the guys at Baum Blvd Auto, I stopped in a couple months ago because my car's grill was broken. I told them I was leaving town in a few days, and was hoping to get it fixed the same day. The owner was extremely nice and said he'd do his best to fit me in. Sure enough, a few hours later, my grill was fixed and I was very happy customer. Work was good and they do their best to keep the cost down. Would definitely good back again!!"
