The initial estimate seemed straightforward both in terms of cost and duration. Firstly, after turning in my car, I was informed that the necessary parts hadn't arrived. I had to retrieve my car and wait. Over the following months, I made multiple inquiries, only to face delays and uncertainty. The parts, which should have been available much sooner, only arrived in October. And just when I thought things would proceed, they hit me with unexpected additional costs and an indefinite repair timeframe. I felt a sense of inconsistency in our communications, with terms and conditions changing without transparent justification. Furthermore, the mention of additional services, which if essential should have been clarified at the outset, added to my frustration. And now, after deciding to discontinue their service, they are not fully guaranteeing the return of my deposit, hinting at potential restocking fees. It's quite disappointing to experience such delays and uncertainties, especially with a renowned car brand. Based on my experience, if you're considering this shop for repairs, I'd advise you to approach with caution and perhaps seek other more reliable options."
