"Been going to TAR for the past few years and LOVE IT!!!! Whether it be for hair, nails, massage, I always walk out of there feeling fantastic. All the staff are incredibly friendly and very accommodating. I have referred several friends there and they are just as happy as I am. I look at a day at TAR as my "girl's night out." "I had bought a Groupon for an hour massage in summer 2013. The actual massage itself was okay, but the customer service was terrible. Upon my arrival (I was 10 mins early as they asked), I filled out the necessary paperwork and waited around for almost 15 minutes before even being greeted. There was no restroom available for me to use, they did not have change for my payment, and I was not offered water or instructed on the importance of drinking water after a massage. Very dissatisfied with the customer service."
