"Store hours online and on phone do not reflect the hours the associates work themselves. I made an online order and glad I picked it up on my lunch break. Hours say open til 7. Went back after work at 605 and they were closed and no sign up to say any hours different. Had to drive out of my way to another store on Mt laurel with very very helpful associates. I will not be going to the delran location any longer. And they also tried to re ring up my online order I had already paid for."

"Google hours and the hours on their automated message do not reflect store signage. Door indicates they open at 10. I have also come here to find handwritten notes that they will be right back. How is that fair to the customer? I understand things may happen, but this has been on more than one occasion. Its inconvenient that I have now wasted 30 minutes driving to and from a store with nothing."

"In a time sensative situation, I was truly blessed to find a fantastic representative of Sally Beauty, Mt Laurel, NJ... ***Angela. *** This belated feedback/review, while late, still super important to share. Clearly, it is very common, basic even, for consumers to judge &/or complain about service(s) they deem less than their expectations. I understand the how & the why... however, how often do we, as consumers, race to share service that is above expectations? ? ? I know I have family members working for estee lauder s well as ulta & I love the products. That being said, I went into a Sally store located in Mt.Laurel & was in disbelief of the super professional, kind, associate I dealt with named, Angela.... She was great... I only needed 1 thing & was so excited overall, I ended up buying several items... I wasn't made to feel as though I had to. Angela was not pushy at all, however, she was informative, hence, my buying a lot more than one item. Once she walked me to the register I told her how much I appreciated her help and asked her for the store managers name... I was not even a little surprised when she informed me that SHE is, infact, the store manager. Well, at this point I was a little surprised since she took her time with me & most of all she didn't hand me off to a staff member.... so from greeting me to walking me out I was given attention that would make anyone feel special. Retail is a challenging field & Angie, who has now aquired the Delran store to manage (yay, she's now 4 minutes from my house) is the epitome of a retail employee, let alone, a true leader/manager. *****District Manager: Well done!! Now all you need is to hire a few more "Angelas" & you'll have the #1 district. Also, if I had to guess her thought process in terms of trainging... I'd say she leads by example and always inspects what she expects.... My guess. I was going to attempt to poach her, however, I would never want that done to me so I wouldn't do to someone else. She took my business from Lauder & Ulta.... I'm spreading the word with as many people I can. Yes, she's that good!"

"Nice place to go, if you're not really a professional. You can speak to most of the technicians, they are really helpful. I find the Sally's Beauty shop, in Mt. Lauralton, NJ, techs are very helpful. I brought my niece there, who is interested, in nails. One of the ladies there, ( I'm so sorry, I forgot her name ) who also does nail, help her out a lot. She even allowed her to come back, and ask her for more help. I thought this was extremely nice, because most people feel they should be paid, for their knowledge."

"This rating does not reflect the sales person who helped me today. She was great but she was not a hairdresser. Why don't you have hairdressers in your store not helpful. I can always go to Cherry Hill Beauty Supply"
