"From being greeted at the desk by receptionist to being serviced my the technician 10000/10! The receptionist was very welcoming and polite. My tech Stephanie was absolutely amazing! I was extremely nervous being as though it was my first time and she took her time to make me feel comfortable and at ease. She was very professional, and friendly. She explained the entire procedure and also gave me all the information I needed for after care! I will definitely be booking with Stephanie again!"

"Front desk receptionist was super friendly and nice. I was greeted with a smile she was super pleasant! Now the person doing my actual laser, rushed through the after care instructions, also the consultation. Didn’t feel as welcoming and special during the hair removal as I did dealing with the receptionist. Did one 1 session so far let’s see the results and the rest of the experience! Doing a follow up to my review. Went for my second session and saw the same tech ! And she was amazing this time around. I’m truly happy that I gave the establishment a second chance! 5 star experience this time around."

"No complaints at all. I was an hour late to my appointment due to traffic and they still found a way to work me in their busy schedule! All the staff was super friendly and went above and beyond! The experience was wonderful from beginning to end. The location was sketchy but (very surprisingly) once you step inside the building it felt more upscale than the surrounding environment. The overall experience felt like a 5 star restaurant with very reasonable pricing! Definitely recommend. My only complaint is finding parking around their location."
