"This shop had my car for a month. it took him a month to put (4) spark plugs, replace manifold sensor and throttle body that I provided ( all part were easily accessible). Paid almost $400 for manifold sensor & 4 spark plugs to get this done in a month. Horrible customer service that ever experience with any garage. It doesn't deserve any star. Never left message about status of the car. Can never reach him over the phone. IF your customer is important to him, you think that he had extra phone connection in the garage. I visited his shop in person 3-4 times (WHAT customer does that...) because I could not reach him over the phone and every time he had bs answer. Took him a month to figure out I needed new throttle body/ignition coils. Your suppose to be the so called expert mechanic. When shop takes a month to diagnose your car, something is wrong. My 15 yrs old nephew could have done this job in less time and money. Don't trust any shops that flip cars for a living. Go to Sebring, its worth the wait. They have excellent customer service and Technician. WARNING SIGN: When every car shops in the vicinity are busy except one car shop (Jefferson tire shop), stay away. there is good reason why Jefferson tire shop is not busy. Bill the owner is dishonest. He will steal your money. He doesn't care about fixing cars for someone. He flip cars for a living. Do Not bring your car this guy."

"This is a place you go to in an emergency. The mechanic does not know how to balance wheels or he does not have the right weights and just puts the wheel back on without saying anything. He is not careful with the rim and does damage to it as well. Take pictures of your rims before and check them immediately afterwards. When they do the oil change they don't drain the oil enough and putting in the new oil it mixes with the old. Its really about doing things quickly over quality here. Working alone is hard. I understand that but people are willing to pay for better service. They are decent people there but would like to see more customer service from the mechanic. The shop and showroom is a mess. They really need to organize that place. Everything is thrown around. Equipment is really old. I Would like to see more quality work for the same price. Overall not sure how to score this place. Half of 5. 2.5 I would say go there give them business cause they are mom and pop shop, but just be careful discuss everything before starting and check everything when leaving."
