"I was loving my facials up until the usual girl I saw left, tried someone new and to say the least the appointment did not satisfy me completely. I then noticed when I rebooked in person, it was not booked how I wanted when I looked on the app. I had 2 instances in the same day, going to transfer to another location."

"One of the most rudest interactions of my life. One of the front desk clerks was rude and sarcastic to a client on the phone when we got there. Once it was our time to talk, she was “sassy” and short with us. Then she had the nerve to “shhh” my wife even though she wasn’t even speaking loud. Honestly never going back because of that one young lady."

"I came in for an eyebrow wax appointment that was supposed to be at 2pm. I didn't get taken back until 4pm. The estethicians were great however I do not recommend the quakertown location. The employees are overworked, underpaid, underappreciated, and apparently an employee arriving less than 5min late is unacceptable. Do not give them your business, go to a location that has a better workplace environment. These owners do not deserve to run this spa, since they can't do it right."

"My husband brought me in today for my birthday and Sarah at the front desk was so sweet, really went above and beyond to make sure I enjoyed my experience. Cherie (I think that's how it's spelled) was so sweet and explained each step of the process as she did my facial. Thank you ladies for a wonderfully relaxing experience, especially for someone like me who doesn't have a skin care routine (never taught) and hasn't had a facial in over a decade (hard to spend money on myself). I'm usually one who feels out of my element in a place like this and I'm so grateful for this wonderful experience. Thank you a thousand times."

"Had an appointment with Kate today(Quakertown), which is always great. However, I would like to recognize Sarah today. Sarah was working the front desk today, 9/4(Labor Day). She was busy this morning and wore a smile and remained pleasant and professional. The phone was ringing non stop and the spa was busy, but no matter how stressful, Sarah did an AMAZING JOB! She told me she was newer to the team and I just want the team to know that she is special and a wonderful addition. THANK YOU SARAH!"
