"Terry at the front desk was very professional and friendly- she helped me find my way through the parking lot and greeted me the moment I walked in. My massage today was with Russ. I made a mention of not wanting near my wrists touched because of joint issues. He explained that there is a technique that he could do that wouldn’t bother the area and may actually help- he also made it clear that it was my choice. The massage was great, and he was right about the technique he used! I felt very at ease here. Everything was very clean and calming. I will definitely be back"

"I have now 3 times been booked with a therapist that I have noted on my account that I do not want to have work on me. The person who noticed the booking issue every time? The therapist themself. The second time that it happened I said I really need the massage, I’ll just see them. And the therapist proceeded after my service to ask me why I had it noted that I didn’t want to work with them in my account. Went in today for what turned out to be my third time scheduled with the therapist I do not want to work with. I was told by the front of house team after checking in that again THE THERAPIST themselves noticed that I had on my account I didn’t want to see them. I get multiple appointment confirmation notifications, surely during ANY of them someone could be able to catch this. A place doing massage should not be a place you are made to feel uncomfortable over and over."

"REALLY TERRIBLE experience. Went in the room for my facial, got all ready, told them that I have dry skin, Maria looks at my face and then tells me "I don't think you should have a facial today" and makes me redress and leave with out being serviced. Had multiple bad experiences at this exact location - they're really bad at scheduling you and my husband had a terrible massage here before as well. Maria refused to give me my facial today and it truly seemed as if she just wanted to get out of servicing another person for the day. Wouldn't recommend this location to anyone."
