"It would be best if I could leave zero stars but it’s not possible as I would like to express how disappointed I am within this establishment. The asst manager Iesha was extremely disrespectful to me. I had an issue with payment for a service and not only was she condescending she was overtly rude. She continued to say “I’m not finished” when I was trying to explain my point. As someone who has worked in customer service for the last 10 years I would NEVER speak to someone like that. I asked to speak with someone else and she refused. Amazing facial, awful customer service. Never going back."

"Bought my parents a couples massage and both of them said they would never go back. They asked them what areas they wanted focused on and they did nothing for those areas like the neck and back but instead took 15 minutes for the legs and 15 minutes for the arms and neglected the most common areas. My dad asked for a deep tissue and it was not deep tissue. They also never mentioned there was an up charge ahead of time and instead ran after him in the parking lot to request 15$. Very disappointing. Update : followed through e-mailing since they asked us to on here and never received a reply and it’s been weeks!"
"the massage was below average. It was a gift and I had asked for a deep tissue massage when I made the appt. My wife also had a massage. We both expressed areas we wanted worked on, those requests were largely ignored. When we were leaving and already outside the building we were chased down by a desk employee saying we owed $ 15 extra for a deep tissue massage. We were not advised of this when we booked appt. This shake down was unacceptable. The manager reached out to us and I sent her an email to which we did not even get the respect of a response. This Center Valley Hand and Stone isn't worth your money."
