Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa

"This was my first time at a Hand and Stone. I have a regular place that I normally go to monthly but since a friend purchased a gift card for me, I figured I would use it. I wish she would’ve saved her money. The entire thing felt rushed. I walked in at 9AM for my appointment and walked out by 950AM (even after waiting in the lobby, using the restroom, having a consultation, and checking out at the front desk). Tom was friendly and respected my request to not rub a certain area but there was nothing memorable or relaxing about the massage. Kind of sucks because I was excited about trying this place out to hopefully become a returning customer. Waste of time!"

"I would NEVERRRRRRR GO TO THIS PLACE. The massage are horrible. I got 2 from 2 different people just to be sure and both times the massages were not relaxing. The last time the masseuse was completely inappropriate. She didn’t place the covers on me properly to keep my privates covered, and she tapped my arm to signs me to move them. It was horrible, i didn’t. Eve. Finish the massage, I felt worst leaving than I did coming in. I booked the massage to celebrate the anniversary of my mother passing. I booked a facial that was good, did that first. The lady at the front desk said she was going to contact me but never did."

"Decided to book a spa day with hand and stone in broomall, I booked the swedish massage with foot treatment and also with hot stones upon arrival the lady at the desk didn’t really seem to inviting but furthermore I head to the back with Loi who would be doing my massage for the day she was very nice no complaints there , she had to step out the room a few times but she did cover me back up , So at the end of my back massage she goes straight to my feet and didnt touch my legs at all , the foot treatment is really nothing special its just oil being rubbed on your feet it honestly felt like I got a regular message with stones, being as tho it was my first time there at checkout I asked the lady at front desk who was the assistant manager if legs are included in the massage she didnt give me answer but proceeded to prompt me to pay . After some time the owner comes out she tells me my legs were not included because I added foot treatment to my package so it takes away from my time . I spent a total of 169 and it felt like it wasnt what I expected prolly wouldnt come back"
