"Brought 4 “new tires from this company back in 2019, I knew the price must have been too good to be true. Within 2-3 minutes of leaving the facility my front passenger tire fell off causing $2300 of damages to my car. Been communicating with the owner prior via email to coming getting my new tires put on and he was extremely responsive before the incident happened now I haven’t heard from him since I sent out the estimates to him. I had to go through my car insurance in order to get my car repaired since my insurance company and I can’t get in contact with him. Please don’t do business with people who don’t put their Customer’s first especially when the business’s negligence is at fault. Update- still waiting for reimbursement for the damages to my car.
