Reviews of The Spa La Care Aroma Massage & Facial
"Welcome to my unexpected comedy hour, courtesy of La Care Aroma. After receiving the full suite of confirmations and reminders, I was all set for a much-needed massage. But here’s the twist: upon arrival, I was greeted by a steadfastly locked door. Imagine me, a business owner fresh out of a hospital stint, wandering around the building like a lost character in a sitcom, searching for an elusive entrance. My calls and texts? Met with the sound of silence, as if my pleas for entry were floating into a spa-themed black hole. There I stood, part bewildered, part amused, as the minutes ticked away. Thirty minutes of waiting, and not even a whisper of a reply. If La Care Aroma was aiming for a grand illusion of 'now you see us, now you don’t,' they nailed it! In a world where time is gold and professionalism is king, this experience was a bewildering blend of absurdity and frustration. It was a comical yet stark reminder of the importance of respecting clients' time, especially for us in the business world who treasure every minute. Kudos to La Care Aroma for adding an unexpected twist to my day, but maybe next time, a little heads up would be nice before pulling a disappearing act!"
"The Great Spa Vanishing Act: A Comedic Disappointment Review: Imagine my surprise when, after diligently receiving a confirmation and numerous reminders (including multiple stern warnings about their cancellation policy), I arrived for my much-anticipated massage at Spa La Care only to be greeted by... a locked door. It was like a scene from a comedy show, except the joke was on me. I circled the building like a detective, hunting for a hidden entrance – no luck. My calls and texts echoed into the void, unanswered. As the minutes ticked by (30, to be exact), I couldn't help but marvel at the irony: here I was, a business owner, having just spent two strenuous weeks in the hospital, seeking a slice of relaxation, only to be stood up by a locked door and silence. The cherry on top? Not a peep from the spa afterward – no apology, no rescheduling, nada. If ghosting were an Olympic sport, Spa La Care would be a gold medalist. In a world where time is precious, and professionalism is key, this experience was a comical yet stark reminder that sometimes, you just have to laugh at the absurdity of it all. Future guests, beware - this spa may just vanish when you need it most!"
"Ready to be relaxed? This is the place. My first facial was a wonderful experience. Jessica took care of me and was so personable. I left wanting to become a member.."
"I first came across this place on groupon 4 years ago. Amazing experience, had me coming back whenever I was in town. Tina gives one of the best facials possible, and they are so accommodating in terms of scheduling facials/massages. Super clean every time, I feel absolutely relaxed, and not pressured if I want to omit a certain part of a service. I highly recommend the membership if you find yourself getting facials monthly, or even a massage, its the best bang for your buck, and every staff member hits the nail! In the 20+ times I have been here, I cannot say I have had a bad experience."
"Ahh, I have mix feelings with this place. The ladies were kind. However, my facial and massage shouldn’t have been 45-50 minutes each if we are paying for 60 minutes for each service. I arrived ahead of time and was more than prepared to have my full time allocated for. My one friend used this place before so she booked me and my other friend a friends massage and facial. It was my first time and my other friends first time as well. We had to pay full price even though I asked if we would be eligible for the introductory price, even if it was just for one of the services. My friend and I both got a facial and massage. They said no, since it was a package but that package was nothing but 2 separate services combined. I think the ladies that work their are kind, however the owner of this place definitely nickels and dimes. Some of their money should be put towards renovating the place. Will I be back? No, I’ve spent my money on other businesses, which value your money and time respectfully."
