"this is the first time i see massage center is charging your card for full amount of $100 of doller even way before you get the service right away as soon as you book appointment thats where my confusion and problem is comming from you suppose to hold the credit card untill people get their service not charge them full amount right away as soon as they book appointment because my card is being charge twice and i have to dispute charges again i called your office 1000 times no one pick up phone and i also came to visit the center no one seems to help and no one cares"

"i try to book my appointment online and right away i got charged twice including $11 tip and also recieve cancellation in my e mail right after 5 mins then i called the oofice so many times trying to understand whats going on and why i got charges twice including $11 tip $85.25 and $86.25 on my credit card also left a message no one intrested to pick up phone nobody bother to return my call thats not how you do business ripping people off and charge them even before the service i dont understand how they doing ripp off business here also their price is 3 times more higher then other massage center so its more money and less time they can serve but even before that they wana charge for service which you will never recieve"
