"I would give them a zero if it was available. Ordered 2 tires that I desperately needed on Wednesday, they said they would be in Monday. I show up for them and they tell me they couldn't order them. Unbelievable ,didn't call or email me to let me know.. Will NEVER do business with them again"

"Terrible company in every way. They treat employees, clients, and customers like they mean nothing. Do not answer or return calls. Lack of leadership and management throughout all departments from top to bottom. This company is a prime example of why America is currently falling apart. Thanks Jack The owner replied to this review yet I still have not received a call back regarding my 2021 W2, but don’t worry the IRS got me the information quicker than the company. If that doesn’t say it all idk what does."

"My Toyota Camry idle was high. I asked to check it and also asked to contact me first before the repair. Shop manager called for estimate of $450 to clean the idle assembly. I asked if that's all and if there's warranty and he said no warranty. I said to him do not do it without the warranty but he already cleaned it. He also gave me an inspection without requesting one to fail me and get me to twist my arm. he failed the car for safety and I got the repair done. It cost me $550 to get it done. This is a monkey business and I wouldn't recommend using these place."

"Horrible! Bought 4 brand new tires a year ago and I have to add air to all of them at least once a week, sometimes twice. Have been back to my dealer several times, and they can’t seem to fix the problem. Never had this problem prior to getting new tires. Waste of a lot of money. Very dissatisfied!"

"Not customer friendly - took my Jeep I’m got a radiator - took it back because when I started my car the antifreeze would drop out - less than 200 miles later get to work no antifreeze in car - head gasket blew..... hmmmmm Jack Williams then called me to offer a refund for the services I paid for - inclusive of all hoses replaced. Nope, I want my engine repaired."
