"Very good workers price reasonable but i called to ask about why after tires my engine light came on i got yelled at and hung up on. I was not sure why but figured someone can give me a little advice if this was normal or maybe the car computer had to be reset so 800.for new tires and treated poorly after the men in person was great."

"Sleazy Shady owner i went to the one I wilkes barre after calling and getting a quote for 25 dollars a tire that i would be taking and mounting and balancing myself since i work at a dealership. i show up to some sketchy guy in a red caddy (owner) and some guy (his henchman) walking around the lot i give the tire size and explain to them i called and got a quote for 25 dollars a tire. the little henchman then gets two tires walks up to the owners car and whispers to him than tells me 40 dollars a tire. i explain i got a quote for 25 dollars a tire how did it jump 15 dollars since than? he than tells me they are premium tires i tell him if you consider 2/32nds and dry rotted premium then okay but I'm not paying for it so you can take them back the guy than comes back and says he will do 50 dollars for both tires... how interesting well all I have to say is don't do business with any of these tire shops I've herd countless Shady stories about this location and every other one and you should definitely not walk but run and reconsider your options. If you want great prices on used tires see pete broody up In larksville he will give you tires with more than state minimum tread depth and if he tells you 30 a tire over the phone it's gonna be 30 a tire stay away from smith tire"

I've bought both used & new from him & imo the tires, service & time spent at the location has been just as good if not btr than buying from a national chain or larger store. I always recommend Smiths to anyone needing tires. Great place!"

"This place is a joke. I see a tech pouring a smaller socket on to my lugs to get them off. Why because thy don't have the right size. Witch in turn ruined all of my cap lugs and damaged the bearings on my back passenger side spindle. I DO NOT recommend this place."
