"They patched a trailer tire that didn't last 20 miles, had to get another tire shop to fix the patch.. It was bad work on the patch was not placed correctly also they broke the Hub cap and had oil flinging all over the rim down the road had to get that fixed somewhere else too. Called them to dispute and they denied any responsibility. They charged me $150 for a tire patch and a mount dismount...Way overpriced and horrible Service and work...no accountability updated response : That tire was brand new 14 ply tire, there were no patches on it so now once again you are denying responsibility, that is the characteristics of a Company that tries to weasel their way out of responsibility... BOSSman tire shop fixed the issue, they re-did your patch and driver changed the hubcap."

"The service tech smashed my hubcap when reinstalling the tire after a flat repair. Steve admitted the hubcap should have been removed before the tire and told me to buy a new cap and send them the bill which I did. That was 7/26/2017 and I have not received a check. Granted the hubcap was only $12 but it is the principal of it. Update as of 1/15/18. I received a check about 4 days after this review was posted. Thank you and I will continue to do business with your company."
