"Came in here to get my tire patched my bill was eighty plus dollars ( on a semi truck) which is not to bad but when they put the wheel on I asked the mechanic to torque the wheel to five hundred pounds which is required by the manufacturer and they refused to do that and just used the heavy duty impact to tighten it to who knows how many pounds which causes rims to crack and when you get inspection the next shop is going to make you buy a new rim. My point is if you going to do the job and charge that price do it right."

"I was travelling through the New Holland area with my elderly mother. Noted a large object deeply wedged in my tire tread. Not wanting to experience a flat tire on my way home to Virginia, I stopped here to get my tire checked. They took my concerns seriously and within 10 minutes my car was in the shop. They removed the foreign object, and verified that my tire was safe for travel. I was there maybe 15 minutes total. They didn't charge me anything and wished me a safe journey home. "I really wanted so badly to give this place a great review because the staff was friendly and the owner really knows what he is talking about. I went in to have an alignment done which turned out great no issues there. I also had my wheels rotated and balanced which requires taking the wheels off. Got it back yesterday afternoon and went to fill my tires with air only to notice that someone dropped the wheel key in every one of my wheels and now all four are damaged. I really would have expected that a place that specializes in wheels and tires would have been more careful seeing as though these wheels were not cheap."
