"I was there today 12/5, I needed one tire. My husband and I sat and waited for 30 minutes and finally had to call to get someone to greet us. He told us he had the tire and to wait a few minutes. After that, we waited another 30 minutes just for another woman to pull up after us and immediately get waited on and her tire put on. Even though we were there way before her. Horrible customer service. We left before even getting the tire."

"Not only did I buy my tires and pay for service, but they got 2 new truck tires from me. Not even 3 hours later on Friday I had a flat. Had to go back the next day (Saturday) to replace that tire. That Monday I go for my inspection and I fail due to the two tires that I just bought from this place. Left tire had a plug and right front outside edge wear. Go back that same day and was told they didn't have the tires I needed but to give them 1 week and they would replace them once they get the tires I need. A whole month later and I still have 2 bad tires on my jeep! Today there excuse as to why they couldn't change the tires is because my lug nuts thar they put on are to tight or messed up now and they don't have the tools to take them off! Just excuse after excuse! They are con artists if you ask me! They got my money, nice tires, (pictures below) while I'm stuck! Be smart and stay away from this place!"
