Skinsational Medspa

"May 8, had Jeuveau injections on forehead, around and under eyes. May 16, sent photo to show that the Jeuveau injections they used did not work to reduce any lines. 'Crickets.' Phoned office and it was suggested that a consultation appointment be made to view the outcome. I was also told that it takes some time to start working. Was told by a second employee via phone that I should not come to the consultation with expectations of the Dr or Esthetician at Skinsational Medspa doing anything about fixing the problem. Was told by this same employee that I was not telling the truth although I offered to send current photographs again at this time, three (3) weeks after the procedure. Also was told by this same employee that I received a discount (-$40) that I should not have received. I paid $1,000 for this one visit in total. It is currently five (5) weeks later and there is no improvement for a procedure that should have lasted 3-6 months."

The massage therapist, Kim is very knowledgeable and experienced in massage therapy. Her work exudes confidence. She listens to my needs and addresses them by paying close attention to my muscles. "This is a wonderful spa. The atmosphere was very relaxing. I had a skin evaluation to help me understand my skin and the damage that was already done so I can better care for my skin. I got a dermal infusion and was amazed at what was removed from my skin (photo 1). Photo 2 is my face right after treatment. Photo 3 is 24 hours after, and you can see how my pores closed up after the debris was removed (look at cheeks and forehead). The employees were very knowledgeable and helped me choose the right products for my face now that it is renewed. Would definitely go back for more services."
