"Do not go here! As a business owner myself I called to inquire on rates and if I need an appointment. I was given a rate and told it is first come 1st serve a couple days ago. I just called to see how long it would take and rudely told not to come at all because of appointment but would not give me an appointment myself. Wouldn’t let me speak and tried turning the tables on me like I am having a bad day! All I wanted was clear communication and to this A HOLE hangs up on me. Call back and sends me to voicemail. Great way to treat a potential lifelong customer! They pick and choose who they take care of. Would never expect to be treated like that just for calling to see how long a tire change would take. Also after reading reviews I was told I could bring my own tires. Guess a $100 tire change isn’t worth their time."

"I live right by the McKeesport location and they were closed. The guy drove from their Penn hills location to put my tires on. He told me to be there at 11:15. He got to the parking lot at 11:14 and did my tires quick and was super nice even after making the 30 minute drive to me. This is not my first time here and it won't be my last!!"
