"Super easy online purchasing and appointment booking. Got a second flat on my way here and called to say I'd be towed in. 1 guy working was super transparent about how being late would impact my wait time because he was one person working the desk and the shop. With an appointment after mine. He did his best to get both of us in and out quickly while having to stop a bunch of times to man the desk for phones and people stopping in and buying batteries. Give him a raise! He shouldn't have to do both but he did with a smile on his face."

"BJs cancelled my tire appointment twice and didn’t call me to let me know. I was given a $50 gift card, but on the third try the associate was unfriendly, late, and made no effort to better my experience. He told me it would be an hour and a half and then let my car sit for an hour before he finally started to work on it. The total time was 2 hours. Don’t use BJs tires!"
