"I came in from out of town to visit a friend. I thought I would stop in this store to locate a product. I looked for the product and found that there were no more left. I asked a girl in the store if she had any more in the stockroom. She said we wouldn't have any more in the stockroom and went over to the shelf to tell me "we're out of them!" While she told me, she looked at me with big eyes and told me nothing else. She didn't offer to help me with anything else or to take my name and phone number to let me know when the product came in. She didn't say "have a nice day" or "take care." She said absolutely nothing else. This is yet another instance of poor customer service in a despicable city."
