"Made call to see for available haircut appointment for my daughter, was on hold nearly 10 minutes so I decided to stop in since we were driving by. Was told there were no available appointments due to only 2 people being able to service (there were 3 working and one being trained). This is 1.5 hours before the store closed and only one person in a chair. The manager noted that she was unable to provide service due to “needing to put signs out”. Very unprofessional and it is clear the client is not the first priority. Will not use this place of service and I would not recommend wasting your time."
