"I was a little late and they still allowed me to get my teeth work done which was great alot of places will make you reschedule. The lady at the front desk is always very nice and welcoming. It’s a quick wait and a very clean office. My appointments never take up too much time. I love it here :)"

"This office is TERRIBLE. The staff are rude, their scheduling sucks. They have no flexibility and expect your kid to constantly be pulled from school because they are continuously over booked. SAMANTHA specifically is VERY VERY hard to work with. I signed for cash payments for the braces only to find out a month later my insurance offered to cover them if the ortho sent in appropriate paperwork. Samantha flat out said because I’m paying cash she’s not submitting the paperwork. My insurance is now taking it to the next step because this isn’t allowed. Completely illegal to reject insurance they are in network with. I plan to seek legal action. Nicole is the only good hygienist and the only person I’ll allow near my child’s teeth. All around terrible experience with this place and the staff are beyond rude."

"Its getting worse and worse. A lot of clients not enough staf . They cancel twice emergency apt How long l need to wait for emergency apt ? How many weeks ? I got dismissed. Because l paid 4000 and l ask for my rights. When l have apt l don't have to wait at least 1 hour to be taken ( always ) ,hard time to contact the office at least 1 h waiting time again . When they did a wrong job you need to wait again. What happened with this place ? Yes lm disrespectful becomes l paid for good service not for that kind of show"
