"Conveniently located near shopping plazas. Offers both chairs and booth seating (super helpful with energetic children). Very accommodating staff, but wish layout was more accessible. Specifically the front doors are not automatic, so elderly, disabled, strollers, etc. will have a difficult time getting through. Makes it difficult for staff too when delivering online orders to cars. I can understand not wanting to let the cold in, so perhaps a push button design for opening the doors would be a good compromise. Atmosphere is great though, and I know it draws more than a few locals as regulars for breakfast."

"Just went for a couple whopper jr.s with no tomatoes. Get home to find out they left the tomatoes and that the burgers originally had cheese on them. It looked like it was scraped off by fingers when I opened the wrapper and the cheese was stuck to it in random spots. I called the store and spoke to the manager ALEXIS. She was polite when she answered the phone but then became rude and then hung up abruptly after hearing I was telling her a complaint. Thankfully I got the store number from her before she did that. What if your child had a food allergy and ended up going to the hospital because they ate it. Them pretended like the cheese was never there at all? Very dirty!"
