And in response, you say that the fault is mine, not his. But I just said I wanted to see it. I did not request to enter unsafe areas of your workplace. I think you can be more polite and friendly."

"Went here to purchase a headlamp for an suv - staff was helpful, part was fairly priced. No complaints at all. One comment - there is a big sign on the office door that says NO PARTS TO BE BROUGHT IN - I figured out afterward that that's because the office is freakishly clean and tidy - think hospital level. The total opposite of what you'd think you'd be walking into at a junkyard. I applaud someone's OCD over there. Highly recommend them."
