"Went in to buy oil they had a guy trying to an exhaust pipe gasket. Too for ever to find the part numbers. So I waited. Another guy coming in with a starter cuts right in front of me. Another clerk comes hit and waits in him. Poorest customer service ever. No sense, just a holes waiting till quitting time. Go elsewhere and save yourself"

"Huge shout out to the guys here. One in particular, he seemed like the boss! Brought my battery in today after it wouldn't start in the Koopman's parking lot and they tested it for me. Said it was dead and sold me a compatible one. Didn't try to upsell me and actually looked for other things it could be to save me money. They even drove the new battery over for me because I had my hands full with a tool box. Definitely recommend them!"

"I can't say enough how helpful the staff was here today (Saturday). I needed to change headlamps (all six of them). Staring at the display, I was clearly stumped. Noticing this, a staff member asked how he could help. I was mildly overwhelmed by the attention this gentleman showed me for a $10 sale. I really felt welcomed and valued.
