"We attended Ocean Harmony for a birthday celebration. Overall, we enjoyed the service and the food was ok. However, at the conclusion of our dinner, we were asked about increasing our tip even after tipping very well. Unfortunately, we will not return because of that."

"I have been throwing so many parties here and the food, management, and prices get worse everytime. Just recently had another party and the lady that works at the counter is so rude. I tried to change an entree that came w a package and she didnt like that it was being changed when i was told i could change it when i deposited for the karoke room. They also say its byob but its limited to only 2 bottles and you cant even bring in your own case of beer or soda unless money talks. This establishment is terrible. They definitely lost me as a customer. Definitely will be finding a new karoke w dining soon."

"Very good food, large menu. The seafood all tasted really fresh. Service was quick and friendly. They're open late and are now my go-to late night chinatown pick. MUCH better than the other more 'well-known' late night options on the corner of 10th and Race."

"This restaurant served awesome food, when we're invited joining birthday's party of our friend. The room is not too big but enough for 4 big table, provided karaoke with good sound systems . I recommended this place for 30-40 people and satisfied with the service."

"Unfortunately the restaurant before this that was opened for years and had great business was closed down recently and now Ocean Harmony took its place. The dishes were quite flavorful and service was pretty good. I feel Ocean Harmony couldn’t quite live up to its former self because it was lacking in everything, from the flavor to the decor to the service. It was a really disappointing dinner. All the dishes came out bland and unoriginal. The service was okay but staff could have been more attentive. The decor is exactly the same as the previous restaurant and barely anything changed. Also, the waitress provided false information about prices for special dishes and even overcharged us extra on our bill. She then blamed it on her manager saying she was just following her manager’s orders. I am appalled by this unprofessional behavior. She apologized profusely and said we are right and she’s wrong and said she will take anything off that we wanted to make things right. That is not how that works. I will gladly pay for what I ordered and tip accordingly for the service, not trying to take advantage of her mistake. That is not how you solve a customer’s problem. All this time the manager did not even bother to show up to our room and do anything. When we received our corrected bill, she even had the nerve to point out to us the tip percentage in the bottom of the bill, like it’s our first time eating out or making sure she gets tipped for her inadequate service. I was speechless. Although my first time experience was unfortunately dissatisfied, I will keep this in mind should I ever decide to come back again. I might give them another chance since mistakes do happen. Just remember to double check your bill and make sure nothing fishy is going on."
