"Never have I ever received the correct order. Asked for hot macchiato and received an iced macchiato. Also does Dunkin facilitate employee menu training ? Doesn’t look like they know how to make the different coffees ? Could be just me ? On different occasions I have ordered different coffee and each one of them looks the same ? A macchiato isn’t supposed to look like a late pretty sure. Overall employee training should make this place better. Also please give them new headsets so they can hear the customers orders correctly."
