"I was there as always, since I am a resident of the area, but today, the employee Melissa, who I had not seen before, was very rude and I can even say, very aggressive towards me, she made me repeat 6 times what I wanted, according to her, she didn't listen to me, which is understandable, but why yell at me and disrespect me? Melissa, she doesn't know about education, I don't know where this little girl came from, who are given the opportunity to work and really, they have neither culture nor manners."

"Staff is extremely unprofessional three days in a row at the drive-through window for 5 minutes and then they got the nerve to get upset at me because I keep going up to the window because they’re not answering their drive-through speaker. Do better job aint that hard"

"Came here on 5/14/23 (mothers day) Bathrooms were closed signs that read "after 3 pm our bathrooms are closed to prevent vandalism and damage" I was gonna get an iced coffee here but I took my business elsewhere since you won't let your customers use your bathrooms. I had a full bladder from a dunkin coffee earlier in the day. Really wack guys. Seems like I dodged a bullet from the other reviews. I'm a "level 6 local guide" here on Google maps."

"I bought a black coffee with sweet foam on top and thought maybe the foam wasn't floating on the top because it was done wrong. Come to find out after drinking half of it something didn't taste right. So I opened the cup and smelled into it and it smelled like rotten spoil milk. The reason why I gave this review 2 stars is because they gave me another coffee the next day with proof that I bought the coffee the way I explained."
