"If I can give a zero I would. Every time I go it seems like the entire staff looks as if me and my family came at a bad time. They are eating or having conversations amongst each or doing both at the same time. Today 12/10/2023 around 5:40pm the only staff member that acknowledged us (Ryan). He not only attended to my family and I, I watched him tend to others duties in the restaurant."

"Used to like this place but now I don’t. This morning, I went in and tried to order using an in-app reward that gives me a free baconator with purchase. When I scanned it, it didn’t work. The lady who was assisting me tried to help by just making one for me for free, but another older worker didn’t even let her. We waited there for like 20 minutes because they were so uncommunicative and unhelpful. They never even gave me the sandwich. Dont come here unless you just want bad service from people who don’t even know how to do their job"

"At 4:30p.m. on Friday Dec 1st I went inside this Wendy's since the dining room was open. There was only one car in the drive thru and 3 people in the dining area. The cashier was very rude, ignoring me while she sat adjacent to the area and continued to ignore me as her coworker asked her to take my order. She gave no greeting and continued to remain unpleasant. After paying for my order I went to get my drink and the station with lids and napkins was dirty and all the lids were gone. The cashier that took my order announced my name and dropped my tray of food on the counter. I took my tray of food over to a table where I noticed a bad odor and saw the trash cans were overflowing at both locations by the doors and clearly had not been emptied in quite some time. The whole dining area smelled bad. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!!!!"

"Went to this newly opened location I thought I will have tasty food but they proved me wrong. First of all the meal that I ordered was not the same. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich which comes with lettuce, tomato, and mayo but it had no lettuce in it plus they gave me old fries and a sandwich. The sandwich tasted like it was made a few hours ago. Management and staff were very slow. The manager had an attitude. She said to one of the customers “ I can't take order right now I have 5 other things to handle you can place an order at the kiosk.” the drive-through customers had to come inside to pick up their food."
