Dunkin'

"I live right near this Dunkin, however their coffee always tastes like it’s burnt and is never made correctly. The drive thru always takes forever too even when it isn’t busy! I’ve been going to a different Dunkin the last 6 months and have consistently gotten good coffee and quick, friendly service. I tried to give this Dunkin another chance today, but surprise surprise the coffee tasted burnt and wasn’t made correctly once again! I’ll stick to my other Dunkin from now on."

"Usually good place to get a quick coffee. On one occasion, unfortunately, I got a to go order. They didn't have the donut I ordered, but didn't let me know when I drove off. Nothing was mentioned of it, and there was no replacement. Went inside the store to get a replacement, worker just told me "there aren't any strawberry". Not offering me a replacement or apology. Spoke to "one of the managers". Awful customer service from them as well. Sad to see a "manager" give bad service. Hopefully gets retrained in customer service, along with the employee."

"Staff works hard very pleasant good service. My only complaint why you got a three star rating is that you’re charging $.50 for whip cream on top of a frozen hot chocolate which is ridiculous. I went to Johnston Plainfield Pike the other day and they were actually $.75 cheaper and they didn’t charge me extra for whip cream. Things are not that bad are they?"

"NIKI was beyond pleasant taking my order but it didn't make up for my completely burnt sandwich. Went at about 11am and wasn't busy or anything so no reason for this to happen. Also the burn part was on the far end so if I hadn't unwrapped it entirely I wouldn't have noticed it. Sneaky sneaky! Second picture is a few weeks later...just opened the bag and that is NOT my hair :("
