"This is worst dunkin I have ever visited. 1- employees are rude and not interested in service 2- there is no one to take order instore. I visited today and will never come back. Dunkin shall do something about these kind of employees."

This is not only my "Go to" DD because it's the one that's closest to my work but it's because they remember me, my order and we have that 3 minutes of laughter everyday! GREATEST STAFF EVER!! "Zero stars. The worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to. They got mad at the drive thru that we asked for our bagels toasted dark, even though no other Dunkin’ Donuts minds. They acted like to toast a bagel was such a problem. They told us “you’re messing up my timer” the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RUDE Employees. they proceeded to tell us to go to the front and they will bring the bagel outside. They had a child bring the bagels out- he was not even 10 years old he brought our bagels out and said “need anything else” that “his cousin worked there”. He was touching his nose disgustingly when he brought the bagels out. Absolutely unacceptable this will be reported to corporate as it’s not the first occasion that the employees get mad about having to do their job and taking it out on customers. Bagel was so burnt when they redid it it came out a CROUTON. Manager was rude when called about this. Unacceptable I feel bad for the owner and their investment of this Dunkin Donuts."

"After giving multiple attempts for this dunkin to get my drink right (large iced vanilla spice with 8 scoops of powder, whole milk, and light ice), I will never return. Service was not great and seemed as if we were a bother for being costumers there and when THEY got my drink wrong and I nicely asking to add more scoops they were hesitant to fix their mistake. Recent dunkins I've been to have had no issues with making my correct drink and I will continue to go to that one instead."
