Dunkin'

"Went in to order. Green tea. The lady behind the counter was rude. Made my drinks twice bith wrong. She wasn't paying attention. They gave me the last of the tea which was gross and not tea. They said they can't do a refund unless the manager is there. I think they need to change that. Told me to come back Tuesday to speak to the manager. So I had to leave with a drink that wasn't made correctly. Very poor service."

On Sunday, October 8, 2023 my daughter ordered our usual lattes, if you order it out of the "norm", staff acts as if you the paying customer is an inconvenience! She likes extra espresso and pays for it! Older staff member always extremely rude, my daughter always let it go until today, words were exchanged as manager strolled through saying nothing, then bam, the "N" word was hurled at my daughter by the old wrinkled staff member, cops were called! Unprofessional outright racist! My daughter got banned for a year from the premises, who gives a damn! We will never step foot in that rat trap!"

"So i went to the dunkin on 602 killingly street bagel toasted with butter the most simple order you could ask for i go all the way home to find out not only was my order wrong the bagel was awful and they put a whole bottle of cream cheese on it i go all the way back show them what i received all i asked for was the 5 dollars back and a new bagel and coffee because it was getting warm. i didn’t ask for the other 11$ worth of stuff i ordered and the manger who was a dumb young girl who shouldn’t step foot in a dunkin again wouldn’t give me the bagel and coffee and refund it was either i get the food or refund making me chose after clearly showing her what was wrong i then i just got my 5 dollars back and left with no food and went to 39A putnam pike dunkin and explained my situation to the manager Gina who was very respectful, helpful, and listened with no questions asked gave me my bagel and coffee free of charge she is a good explain of how a manger should be and act i was very thankful i hope cooperate sees this and finds out who was working at the killingly johnston dunkin around 12am on july 26th because she is a idiot and along with whatever idiot made the bagel."
