"All these locations need to be shut down. Corrupt. Horrible management. Non trained, RUDE employees. Nothing has been the same since SF management was bought out by these people. Don’t bother going to any of these Milford locations, you will receive burnt hot coffee or sewer water iced coffee. Forget about the food, they rarely make it. Please don’t waste your time. Go to a different location. Also, renovate this store. Thought it was supposed to be renovated last year."

"Literally WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I’ve only been here twice on my way to work and not only are the employees rude, but they are always low on products, consistently mess up order, and they are very unfriendly. My last straw was my second visit(today), when I went through the drive thru and the person on the speaker (mind you also very difficult to understand), spoke in a very rude tone. They stated all of the things they were out of and it got to the point I just drove away. Mind you, I too have a thick accent as I am polish but it was very difficult to understand the person on the speaker. I’m severely disappointed with the new management at this place"

"This is consistently the worst dunkin I have been to. Every time I go through they will get something wrong without fail. It mostly seems like they can not make sandwiches right, the past two time I have gone my sandwich has been wrong. First it was missing the bacon and adding cheese, I asked for no cheese and it showed that on the recipe. And most recently they put sausage instead of the black pepper bacon on the black pepper bacon sandwich."

"This place is absolutely the worst. I last came here a month ago and it took an hour to get my order. Now I understand the drive thru speaker was broken and all, but an hour??? So I went again today because it was just more convenient and ordered an Iced coffee and plain bagel. Got the coffee right away but then waited 35 minutes for the bagel. They asked me to park out front and I asked if that was really necessary for a plain bagel. They said yes. So I sat and waited . And waited. Of course they never came out. This location sucks"
