Reviews
"Friendly, competent service. Reasonable prices. Comfortable, cozy eating room. Regular coffee is a medium to dark roast that is quite good."
"Horrible customer service from the owner. Item costed $5.50. I asked for a little cream cheese it went to $7.95. When I asked she respond with attitude and told me immediately I was wrong. I could have bought a package of cream cheese my self for that price difference. That's a fast way to lose a customer if not multiple"
"Nice little coffee shop in a quaint New England town. Staff is friendly and attentive, had one of the best breakfast sandwiches in recent memory - no Dunkin Donuts premade manufactured stuff here. The coffee is hot and delicious - I drink it black so am a pretty good judge. The only comment I would make is in an effort to keep the flow going - move the pump pots to a location where customers can help themselves and add their own cream, milk and sugar, honey etc. Sell patrons the cup and let them have at it. The "is this enough milk?, cream?, sugar?" while tilting the cup to the customer is ridiculous and slows down the flow, keeping people standing in line who could be getting their own coffee ready while waiting for sandwiches etc. There is ample room and the turnover would likely double making it much more profitable. Standing there while 4 people fall over themselves mixing coffees and asking the above referenced questions makes no sense at all."
"Nice people, excellent coffee, and way better bagel sandwiches than anyone else. Their French vanilla muffin (toasted, with a dollop of butter) is pretty much my favorite thing on Earth."
