"Horrible. The shop had excessive amount if employees who couldn't take a order at the front counter so they use a touch screen so customers can do employees job. (I hope I get a w2). I counted 17 people in the store and a line in the drive thru actually on lackey dam. My coldbrew was covered in cold foam and the entire thing was sticky. My hot coffee was awful. I'll pay the extra and do the drive for Starbucks."
