"Food options were okay. Nothing I haven’t had before. First time there today and impressions are ever lasting and the lady taking my order was rude. When I tried to tell her it was my first time and wanted to know what she recommends. She said “well why don’t you step aside and take your time cause you’re on the phone (I was also going to order for a friend) so I can take someone else’s order.” I just waited in line with 4 people ahead of me. And you want me to step aside and wait instead of recommending something? Or telling me anything about your establishment? There was another register open. You could have had a small talk with me and been kind. But instead it was just rude attitude and the type of vibe you get when someone just hates their job. I got a burger for my friend she says the food is subpar. I ordered my lunch else where. Do better."

"I got the bltt (bacon, lettuce, tomato, turkey) and it was a good sandwich. The line moves pretty quick through lunch and the food came out relatively quick. Recommend this place for quick bite."

"I has THE BEST sandwiches I have had in years!!! The BLT I had was so good that the next day I had to go back there for much and get lunch again. Their bread is spectacular!! I really don’t know how they make it but is is superior to all of the sandwiched I have had of late. Ask for recommendations because the next day I got the one they recommended and OH MY GOD!!! I just didn’t go back for dinner because that would have been embarrassing. You have to try it! I just didn’t say 5 stars for atmosphere because it is rather loud but it’s a fast food place. But live, loved this place."

"Loved the sandwich I got here! My first time here and I came for RI Food Fights sandwich month and ordered the Apple Valley Turkey ($11) after seeing how popular it was online. They stuffed it very well with turkey which was fresh and sliced thicker so it wasn't dry. They gave a generous amount of bacon too, compared to many places who skimp on it. The bread they used was on point. Thin slices of whole wheat compliments the sandwich perfectly. A bulky roll would be too much bread. Their sun dried tomato mayo was so good, I've never had this mayo before. And I loved that they spread it on the top and bottom slices of bread! Not many places do this, props to them. It wasn't a huge sandwich, but still great value. The staff was funny and inviting and they have plenty of great sandwiches to choose from. I'll be back for sure."
