"I went in for a consultation and Dr. Plante seems great but obviously staff is unwilling to assist. I needed an MRI in order to proceed with next steps of treatment. It has been two months and about ten voicemails later that I have left to MRI department and no one calls back and they never answer the line. They only answered twice in my many attempts and each time they give some story that they need to get back to me and fail to do so. Seems as though they are too large to properly care for their patient load."
