"Coffee is ok, staff very rude and cold. Been coming in nearly everyday for about 2 wks due to conference nearby, only got greeted by staff once, they always look unhappy while ordering, like they hate this job and customer so much. Worst part, one day the employee that made coffee was so rude and unprofessional that the cup of coffee fell on the table immediately after she placed it there because she wasn’t paying attention at all and used so much force, and it spilled onto my clothes that I was gonna wear to a conference event!!! Even worse, she didn’t say anything, no apology no care not even a single gesture or word after such incident, she just went on making coffee and i have to ask her “do I just get this fallen coffee??” Then she finally said a few words that she was making a new one for me but still NO APOLOGY at all!!! Since that day I detoured a tiny bit to go to other coffee shops and never returned. Please avoid this place at all costs!!!"

"Definitely low quality service . I got my order wrong and went I told the employees that I was willing to pay the difference for the right size of my drink, their answer was: you got what you paid for. We can’t do anything about it. Definitely is NOT Starbucks policy."
