"Jan 22 2024 appointment for a procedure. Got there and woman at window says I'm here for a different procedure. I said no I'm here for this. Got a nurse and they talked about it. Both of them confused. Went in the prep area where a team of women 1 or 2 nurses still confused finally made up an excuse not to do the procedure I was originally supposed to do. I judge that the other procedure was going to cost more money and they said "nah". I called the Dr that scheduled it and told the office we can reschedule but definately not there. My recommendation. "Don't go here. I wouldn't even give them a "1 star" BUnch of confused people work there. MY Name is John Arakelian ."

"Good luck setting up an appointment. Called multiple times. The phone numbers provided only lead to an answering service, who ask for your name and DOB, then transferred to a doctor's voice message who says they will return call within 24 to 48 hours. Nothing. Ask your pc for another referral"

"Trying to book an appointment is rediculous! 1st, I would like someone that speaks English because I couldn't understand a word the guy was saying. 2nd, this is obviously just a call center as they couldnt answer any questions. Because of this I will be looking for a different drs office to deal with. Glad I wasn't able to book after reading all the nightmare reviews I have read today"

"Friendly and helpful staff … Respectful and courteous.. the Dr Malik is the best he is funny and really cares .. he explained everything to me. Office, waiting room,exam room very clean.."
