"My wife and I recently went for an MRI for her toenail. My wife was having issue walking with her toenail being taken out. The technician could see clearly that my wife couldn’t walk straight but the technician never bothered to help get up on the MRI machine. The toenail was bandaged when we went there but the technician handled it very carelessly, and then dropped the heavy plastic funnel like thing right on top of the injured toe. After that my wife mentioned that she had a toe nail removal surgery and has stitches then she asked my wife if the stitches were plastic or metal. We had no clue what it was. They called the doctor’s office who didn’t get back to us until we left the MRI office. We drove there for 30 minutes, and the MRI couldn’t be done because they didn’t know if the stitches were metal or not. The tech even told my wife it’s not her job to check out the type of stitches. These guys are unprofessional! Just wanted to share my experience. Deserves zero for service."

"On May 15,2019 I had an mri of my spine. I never got to leave the building and their doctor called and asked to speak with me. He told me I had a mass on my spine and fortunately I had a doctors appointment the next day. My doctor sent me straight to the hospital where I had life saving surgery for 6 hrs. "my fiancé and I have not been able to schedule a time where I could see my baby by ultra sound before he was born till this visit 2 weeks before his due date. I took my 3yo son out to the car to get his drink and when I walked in they had took my fiancé in to be seen. When I inquired where she was and that I wanted to be there for it I was told I would have to wait till the were finished measuring. I wanted to be there for the entire thing. The staff had no care or interest in asking me why I was upset about not being in. So thank you for not letting me see my son before his birth. I will never recommend you to anyone and I hope I never need your services!"
