"Matt M is the best counselor I’ve ever had. Definitely recommend him, he’s kind, caring, and very supportive of the lgbt community!!"
"Excellent services. They helped me through my drug addiction struggles and my counselor for mental health, is great. They listen to my issues and is there for me. There not just a place for people with problems there a place that gives me hope."
"Poor customer service. Unprofessional practices from the CEO down. Shady insurance billing practices. CEO states she’s “on [her] way out and [doesn’t] care what happens to this place afterwards.” It’s shocking that Luzerne County uses this “resource” for residents seeking substance abuse treatment. Considering how prevalent substance abuse is in this area you would think they’d ensure the facility was reputable and effective before contracting with them using taxpayer money."
"2 of the groups I was in were wonderful therapist was late never gave me a full 45 minutes and was acting like a drug and alcohol trauma specialist and all she did was make me feel bad tried forcing me to go to meetings when I have PTSD and most of the trauma was caused by addicts not saying we're all bad and would complain about my occasional pot smoking I got drug screaming by my suboxone doctor and he said he doesn't mind I smoke pot I have bipolar disorder PTSD and ADHD and well can't get benzos on suboxone then was trying to talk me into going into rehab for pot really I never showed up under the influence I'm supposed to go back there what a joke"
