"Wow, terrible attitude on the phone, literally hung up on me as I tried to get more information for a sick patient who wants to see their doctor, was told to go to urgent care. Misinformation about walk-in appointments on the website, and if you need to see your primary doctor, it's TWO months before you can get an appointment!!! Apparently they are not concerned with patient 'health' or 'care'. Utterly disappointing, a true embarrassment to Atlantic Healthcare System."

"The two stars are for Dr. Hoey. I saw her in her previous practice and decided to see her at this practice. She takes the time to listen and has solved many of the problems I have been dealing with for years. However, the rest of the practice is horrible. They no longer offer same day appointments (which they say they do on their website and when you call). They also will not see you in the office for anything that, to them, sounds like Covid-19. As a doctor's office you would think they would realize that not everything is Covid. There are also ailments that you can not accurately diagnose virtually. I hope no one has gotten seriously sick because they were unable to see their doctor."

"I’ve been coming here for years but I’m fed up and want to find a new primary care doctor. They got rid of there same day appointment walk-in, both virtual and online. Not to mention, I tried to get an appointment with my primary care and I expressed how unwell I was feeling, they told me I had to wait until the next day for an appointment and advised I went to urgent care (completely dismissing my point about a weakened immune system). I called before 9:30 am. They told me someone would call me beck, I asked to put a message into the doctor…two hours later nobody calls me back and I had to call back myself. If you have any symptoms at all that resembles Covid even if you know you don’t have Covid this office refuses to see you in person, so essentially You’re getting treated based on your symptoms virtually without them being able to confirm that’s actually what you have because they won’t examine you physically."

"I am an RN and I worked in my husband’s office for 30 years. He was an internal medicine MD. So I have dealt with many many offices over the years. I have not had any issues with the staff here. Everyone has been very pleasant. Dr. Hoey is wonderful. She took all the time I needed at my first visit and I did not feel rushed at all. She addressed my issues and referred me where I needed to go for further diagnostic work up. I highly recommend her. She is very caring and kind and knowledgeable. I am so glad I found Dr. Hoey."

"I am so glad I found Atlantic Health! Dr Sophias is hands down the best primary doctor I have ever had! She is fantastic. Takes her time to listen to her patients, does her research, is extremely thorough and is just amazing. You can tell she cares for her patients and will take every step to get to the bottom of what's going on! I have been blown off by so many doctors and she completely gave me hope that their are good doctors who care! I love the walk in clinic when myself, husband or son are sick. They get you in and out and have all necessary testings as an urgent care. They even have imaging, rapid labs and more! Love this place! Always clean and for the most part the staff are friendly although just like anywhere there are a few bad apples that you'll see at the front desk. But the nurses and doctors are great!"
