"Made an appointment and was told I may not have to come in, but kept my appointment just in case at the counter, I was told it was canceled by me which was never the case and I fax something over five hours ago and was told multiple times that I would be informed when they sent it out and have yet to receive information, and even though the website says open till seven calling at 5 o’clock says outside of business hours this place is really falling off and I’ve been going there since I was born basically"

"Opted to leave this practice after my growing dissatisfaction after the past few visits. Today I arrived at the new doc appointment to find out that not all my records were faxed. Instead they provided the office with a disk and instructions on what to if the disk didn't work...Long story short, I'm sitting here trying to get the information now to give to the doctor. Maybe I should get part of my money back that I spent to have this done. This situation reinforced my decision to leave."

"This office was great when were first starting going there in 2017. As the years progressed the client care went downhill. After multiple complaints to them they sent me a letter stating they would no longer be seeing myself and family of 5. No problem, I was looking for another PCP anyway. My new PCP faxed over record request 2 months ago and they never sent anything. Completely unprofessional. Only good thing about this practice Is Danny Jr. He helped me through a tough time. Other than that this place is a joke."

"I have had nothing but exceptional care from Dr. Daniel K. Files. I started seeing several of the PAs there but over time have shifted to seeing Dr. Danny. He has truly listened to me and helped me find answers and solutions to a chronic orthopedic issue when other doctors wouldn't hear me out. Scheduling is usually a breeze. The patient portal is super helpful and convenient. My only "negative" feedback is that sometimes his office staff doesn't always seem to have a clear understanding of what authorizations need to be completed but it has not affected my overall healthcare."

"I have always liked this practice, I have been a patient there for years I see Doc.Lewis who is excellent, this office staff lately has been hard to deal with,I have had to call numerous times to get refills on medication that I need daily.I don't understand why this keeps getting messed up either wrong dosage,wrong medicine, this time wrong pharmacy. I use Walmart pharmacy for my medication except this one,this is supposed to be called to cvs as Walmart never has this,so of course it was called to Walmart since this is what was put through for doctor to call,I can't go without this medicine, I was in office a week ago and discussed the problem with doctor as this has been atleast two months that I have been dealing with this,I have to call back today and am supposed to leave for a trip and hopefully get this sent to the right pharmacy. I don't know how much more I can deal with this"
